Mix the aminos, oil, paprika and maple in a flat dish then lay the tempeh in to marinate. You can give it as little as a few minutes on each side, or as long as you have.
Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan and fry the tempeh for a few minutes on each side.
Depending on whether you like your ‘bacon’ dry and crispy or not, you can save the remaining marinade and pour it over the bacon once cooked for extra yummyness.
