preferably homemade

Instructions
Melt the ghee in a large saucepan and gently cook the onion and garlic for a few minutes before adding the turkey mince.
Once the mince is browned, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a further 3 minutes or so.
Add the chilli flakes, tomatoes, red wine, stock and thyme. Bring to the boil and cook with the lid on for around an hour.
