mixed chopped nuts

sunflower seeds

pumpkin seeds

ground cinnamon

vanilla extract
I use vanilla powder

coconut crystals
I used unsweetened desiccated coconut
Instructions
Simply mix all the ingredients together and serve with a handful of fresh fruit (preferably berries) and either some coconut yoghurt or some coconut or almond milk.
