Nut Your Usual Breakfast Cereal!

I wanted to get this one in early as a decent breakfast really is key to a healthy lifestyle and unfortunately so many of us are getting it wrong.  If you eat packaged cereal – even the ‘healthy’ kind the likelihood is you are starting your day with a bowl of sugar that is going to lead you on a sugar rollercoaster and a mid-morning energy crash.

This recipe is one of my weekly staples and another from the amazing Amelia Freer.  I at least double up this recipe and store it in a jar – it literally takes minutes to make and as I don’t eat it everyday this amount lasts a good few weeks.

Instructions
  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together and serve with a handful of fresh fruit (preferably berries) and either some coconut yoghurt or some coconut or almond milk.
