Ingredients

hazelnuts
150
ml
maple syrup
3
tbsp raw cacao powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200oC
Bake the hazelnuts for about 10 mins then leave to cool
Blend in a food processor for about 10 mins until they totally break down
Then add the maple syrup and cacao and blend again before gradually adding 150ml water
