Take me back to 1986 ‘Nutella’

One lick of this whisked me straight back to the 1980’s, camping in France with my family – this is the only time we were allowed chocolate spread EVERY DAY!!!  Like all my favourite recipes it’s super easy to make.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC
  2. Bake the hazelnuts for about 10 mins then leave to cool
  3. Blend in a food processor for about 10 mins until they totally break down
  4. Then add the maple syrup and cacao and blend again before gradually adding 150ml water
