  1. Preheat the oven to around 180oC.
  2. Add the juice of the 2 lemons, the olive oil and melted butter to a bowl and mix.
  3. Then mix the flour and spices in a separate bowl.
  4. Dunk the fish fillets (cut to portion size) firstly into the lemony mixture, then roll in the flour mixture to coat and place straight into a baking dish.
  5. Add the crushed garlic and parsley to the lemon mixture and pour this over the fish.
  6. Place the fish in the preheated oven and bake for around 12-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Serve with some delicious green vegetables such as kale and green beans.
