Ingredients
- 4 red peppers cut in half
- 2 handfuls cooked chicken chopped
- 2 handfuls Cherry tomatoes halved, or whole tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves torn
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 handful buffalo mozzerella cut or torn

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200oC.
- Place the pepper halves onto a baking tray, stuff them with the ingredients and bake in the oven for around 18-20 minutes.
