This little pudding is so quick and simple, it’s ridiculous. Even the most unadventurous of cooks can master this one and make it look great!

Ingredients
- 2-3 apples peeled, cored and cubed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180oC.
- Mix vanilla and cinnamon with the apples and bake in a dish for about 15 minutes until warmed and slightly softened but still crunchy.
- Serve with some home-made ice cream, whipped coconut cream, CoYo or natural yoghurt.
