Ingredients
1-2
eggs per person
Almond milk
optional
mushrooms
sliced and grill or fried
organic bacon or turkey bacon
grilled
herbs or choice e.g. chives
coriander
tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes
homemade baked beans

Instructions
Beat your eggs with a little almond milk if using
Heat a frying pan and add a little oil or butter
Add the eggs to the pan and stir every now and again until just undercooked
Turn off the heat just before they look ready and allow the heat to finish them off
Spoon onto a plate with whatever else you fancy
