Sorry, after tantalising you on Instagram last week it’s taken me a few days to get around to posting this recipe but here it is…. This is great whipp up at the beginning of the week and have on hand for hungry munchkins.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp date syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- finely grated zest of an orange
- 3 1/2 cups unsweetened puffed rice
- unsweetened desiccated coconut crushed nuts or grated raw cacao to coat

Instructions
- Thoroughly mix everything apart from the puffed rice in a bowl until you have a smooth paste
- Add the puffed rice and stir until well coated
- Roll a heaped tbsp of the mixture into a ball (wash your hands after every 2-3 balls to stop the mixture sticking to your hands and falling apart)
- Once formed, roll them in your choice of coating or leave them plain
- (I store mine in the fridge to make them last a bit longer)
