Ingredients
For the base:

cashews

almonds
1/2

desiccated coconut

flaxseeds

dates

water

tsp
cinnamon
For the topping:
1/2
cup
cashews
soaked
1/2
cup
Coconut water
1/2
cup
desiccated coconut
2
tbsp
maple syrup
1
tbsp
coconut oil
seeds from 1 vanilla bean
Optional:
sliced orange/peach/apple…
Instructions
Blend the ingredients for the base and press into a lined bread tin.
Freeze for an hour or two.
Blend the ingredients for the topping, poor over the frozen base and return to the freezer for another couple of hours.
Top with some sliced fruit of your choice.
