- 200 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
- Make sure you have a nice clean jar to store the jam in (one that's been through the dishwasher will be adequately sterilised to keep this jam for a good few days)
- Put the raspberries, honey and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a bowl and then stir in the chia seeds and mix vigorously by hand
- Pop the mixture into the jar and chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set
