Ingredients

quinoa flakes
Millet or oat flakes would also work well

Cup
dried figs
Chopped
1/2
Cup
peanut butter
Or any other nut butter

Tbsp
honey

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175oC.
Blend the figs, nut butter and honey, adding a little water at a time until you get a nice soft doughy consistency.
Mix this with the quinoa flakes and press the mixture into a lined square-ish cake tin.
Bake in the oven for around 20-25 minutes until firm and golden.
Cool in the tin then lift out and slice.
