Ingredients

smoked paprika

ground cumin

ground coriander

crushed dried chilli
1
garlic clove
crushed

tsp
olive oil

skinless
boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
Mix together all the spices, garlic and oil with a pinch of salt.
Add the chicken breasts and turn them so they are well coated.
Place the chicken breasts between 2 pieces of clingfilm and give them a little bash with a rolling pin to flatten them to about 1cm thick.
Heat a griddle pan and cook the chicken breasts for about 6 minutes on each side (until cooked through).
