Quick Bean Salad

This easy bean salad is great as a super quick side dish or as a salad in it’s own right.  Add some nice lean protein such as boiled eggs or grilled chicken for an all round healthy meal.

Instructions
  1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl or serving dish.
  2. Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice and mix together.
