Ingredients

ghee
or coconut oil or butter

scoop of protein powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175oC and grease or line a roughly 20cm square cake tin.
Melt the ghee (or butter) in a large pan and add the honey and warm through.
Add the oats and other ingredients and mix until they are all well coated.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the top is nice and golden.
Cool for a few minutes, then cut the flapjacks whilst still in the tin and leave until completely cool before removing from the tin.
