More Balls! This time for the grown ups. The protein content makes them a great after workout snack but obviously they can be enjoyed whenever the fancy takes you!

Ingredients
- 50 g peanut butter
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g dates stoned and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp raw protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract

Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a processor for 3-4 mins until thoroughly mixed
- Roll into balls then freeze for about 20 mins before transferring to the fridge
- (Will keep for up to 2 weeks)
