Ingredients

cauliflower

turmeric

garam masala

desicated coconut

pistachio nuts

Instructions
Gently pulse the cauliflower in a blender or grate to form a rice texture.
Heat the ghee in a large frying pan, add the water and cauliflower and cook with the lid on for about 8 minutes.
Add the turmeric, garam masala, cardamons, saffron and coconut, stir through and cook for a few more minutes in the the cauliflower is ready to eat.
Scatter the pistachio nuts on top and serve with your favourite curry!
