Instructions
Blend the peas, garlic, mint and lemon but only until it is just bound together, but still chunky.
Meanwhile mix together the salad ingredients along with the lemon juice and olive oil.
Roll spoonfuls of the mixture in your hands, flatten onto a baking tray and bake at 175oC for around 20 minutes or until firm.
In a separate bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice and water to reach your desired consistency.
Dish up your sale and patties with a dollop of the tahini dressing.
