Ok, by popular request I’m adding this recipe ASAP!!! It comes with a warning though – it can shout very loudly and it calls your name at regular intervals – even from its home in the fridge. The good news it, it also makes a great gift if you slice it up and present it simply in some grease proof paper tied with string, or in a little box. So, you can make some on the premise that it’s for someone else and keep a little (or a large) portion for yourself!! It also makes a great dinner party dessert, served sliced with some coconut yogurt.
