These are for the kids. Honest!! I have tried 1 or 2 though so I can tell you that they are deliciously soft and moreish! They make a great lunch box addition, mid-meal snack or post-meal treat.

- 200 g crunchy peanut butter no sugar added
- 75 g runny honey
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 75 g raisins
- 50 g Porridge Oats

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170oC and line or grease a baking tray
- Beat together the peanut butter and honey in a bowl, then add the egg and beat that in
- Sprinkle the bicarb. over the surface and beat that then add the raising and oats
- Put heaped dessert spoonfulls of the mixture onto the baking trays (or shape them into rounds with lightly oiled hands) leaving space for them to expand
- Bake for 10 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool
