Mix your oats with the ingredients from your chosen option until the oats are all coated and spread them onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake the oats for roughly 20-40 mins (some of the options e.g. option 4 take a little longer than others) – I recommend checking your oats about every 10 minutes and giving them a little mix up to ensure even cooking.
Once nicely browned, remove from the oven and allow to cool, then simply mix with your chosen additional ingredients.
Enjoy your granola with some almond or hazelnut milk or some goats yoghurt and sliced berries.
