Peel, core and slice your apple and either stew it in a pan or the microwave with a tbsp or so of water, then mash or blend it until pureed and set aside.
Mix together the dry ingredients.
Heat the almond butter and maple syrup in a pan and mix these into the dry ingredients along with the apple puree.
Add the coconut milk if required to create a wet doughy mixture.
Press the mixture into a lined tin and pop in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until set and then slice and store in the fridge.
