Ingredients
small handful of spinach
finely chopped
1
egg
1
tsp
chia seeds
1
tsp
grated goats cheese
gluten free wrap
Instructions
Fry the spinach in a little butter until it wilts
Beat the egg, mix in the chia seeds and poor into the pan
Sprinkle the cheese on top and cook until it become firm, then flip to briefly cook the other side
Tip the egg onto the wrap, roll and either eat straight away or wrap up for later
