Eating low FODMAP can feel restrictive but it doesn’t mean you have to go without. This delicious chocolate and banana bread is a cheeky little treat, just don’t eat it all at once!

- 150 G gluten free oats
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 40 G dark chocolate chips
- 3 bananas
- 1 egg
- 150 Mls water
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170oC.
- Mix together the oats, baking powder, cacao and chocolate chips in one bowl.
- In another bowl mash the bananas, then mix in the egg, water and peanut butter.
- Combine the 2 bowls, mix thoroughly and pour into a lined loaf tin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for around 35 minutes, until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack for cooling. Store in the fridge or freeze some for another day!
