Lemon Chia Chews

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Blend the cashews, oats and coconut in a blender
  2. Add the dates, water, chia seeds and lemon zest and blend until incorporated
  3. Roll into small balls (I prefer to grease my hands with a bit of coconut oil first)
  4. Roll the balls into some extra coconut or chia seeds and re-roll to secure
  5. (Store in the fridge)
