Good quality lamb mince

red onion
(Or the green parts of spring onions for low FODMAP)

Fresh mint
Finely chopped

garlic clove
Crushed (optional)

Instructions
Simply mix together all of your ingredients, roll them into balls and flatten into burger shapes.
The prepared burgers can be stored in the fridge until you’re ready to eat, or cooked straight away.
Grill, bake, fry or BBQ your burgers until cooked through (roughly 4 mins each side for baking or frying or about 10 mins in the oven).
