Hallelujah, BBQ season is upon us again and here in the UK we’ve been enjoying some super early sunshine. As with any other meal I always prefer to make fresh rather than buying pre-packeged options. These lamb burgers are so easy and a lovely addition to the summer BBQ (or in fact any meal any other time of year) that there’s no excuses for not giving them a go!!

Ingredients
- 500 G Good quality lamb mince
- 1/2 red onion (Or the green parts of spring onions for low FODMAP)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh mint Finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove Crushed (optional)
- 1 Tbsp garam masala

Instructions
- Simply mix together all of your ingredients, roll them into balls and flatten into burger shapes.
- The prepared burgers can be stored in the fridge until you’re ready to eat, or cooked straight away.
- Grill, bake, fry or BBQ your burgers until cooked through (roughly 4 mins each side for baking or frying or about 10 mins in the oven).
