‘Amisa’ or ‘Rude Health’ Spelt Flakes
or whatever you can find that is as pure and unaltered as possible
Suggested ingredients:
coconut flakes
Linseed
Flaxseed
Chopped almonds
Raisins or other dried fruit
without added sugar
Instructions
Simply mix your flakes with your chosen ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Enjoy with almond milk and top with fresh fruit such as strawberries.
