Grain-free Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

g
hazelnuts
or 1 cup

almonds
1 cup

walnuts
1 1/2 cups

sunflower seeds
1 cup

Banana
1
tsp
ground ginger
1
tsp
cinnamon
2
tbsp raw cacao
1
tbsp coconut oil
zest of 1 orange
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180oC
Whizz the nuts and seeds for about 20 seconds (or less) to keep them nice and crunchy
Spread the nuts onto a lined baking sheet
Blitz the banana, ginger, cinnamon, cacao and coconut oil in a blender and combine this with the nut mixture
Cook for 20 mins, until crisp
Allow to cool then top with orange zest
Store in a glass jar and it will keep for a week or two
