Skinned and small bones removed

Coconut oil or ghee
Instructions
Pulse the fish in a food processor a few times then add the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) and pulse again.
Form the mixture into burgers then chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes of you have time.
Melt the oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers for about 3 minutes on each side.
Serve the burgers with some lettuce and some hoisin sauce with sesame seeds added.
