And now for the third and final of the Melissa Hemsley recipes I’m featuring. Use any good quality, responsibly sliced fish and save any leftovers for lunch or lunch boxes.

Ingredients
- 700 G Fish fillets Skinned and small bones removed
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 cm ginger
- 4 spring onions Sliced
- Small handful coriander
- 2 Tbsp tamari
- 1/4 Tsp sea salt
- 1 Tsp chilli flakes
- 1 lime Grated zest
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil or ghee

Instructions
- Pulse the fish in a food processor a few times then add the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) and pulse again.
- Form the mixture into burgers then chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes of you have time.
- Melt the oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve the burgers with some lettuce and some hoisin sauce with sesame seeds added.
