Ingredients
1
head of broccoli
cut into florets and rinsed
1
tbsp
goats butter or olive oil
2
tbsp
heaped pomegranate seeds
1/2
red chilli
finely sliced
2
handfuls nuts
such as brazil nuts, finely chopped
Instructions
Steam the broccoli until just tender, then place it in a serving bowl.
Add the butter or oil and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and serve.
