Ingredients

tbsp coconut oil
3
tbsp popcorn kernels
1/2
cup
butter
I use goats
2
tbsp rice malt syrup
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in the largest pan you have with a lid
Add the popcorn kernels and place the lid securely
Wait for the popcorn to start popping and give it an occasional shake until all the popping stops
In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the syrup until combined
Poor the butter mixture over the popcorn and enjoy
