This is such a great, speedy treat for the kids. We’re having a movie night with ours tonight. It will also last a few days so make plenty and it can be added to lunch boxes or have ready for when they come home from school raiding the cupboards. Keep reminding yourself though that this is for the kids or else the naughty little things can keep popping into your mouth!!!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup butter I use goats
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup

Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in the largest pan you have with a lid
- Add the popcorn kernels and place the lid securely
- Wait for the popcorn to start popping and give it an occasional shake until all the popping stops
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the syrup until combined
- Poor the butter mixture over the popcorn and enjoy
