Ingredients

avocado
1/2
cup
Cacao powder
1/3
cup
agave nectar
1
cup
coconut oil
melted
Optional: nuts
seeds, raisins, dates, almond flakes
Instructions
Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork or potato masher.
Add the cacao, agave and coconut oil and whisk until all are combined.
Mix in any other ingredients you fancy – I tend to add just a few pumpkin seeds.
Pour the mixture into a lined tin or tray (I find a loaf tin works well) and if you like, top with another ingredient.
Place in the freezer to set for about 1 hour.
Once set, cut or snap in to small pieces and store in the fridge.
