It’s rough and ready because it really is a throw everything together in flash home-made chocolate and it really doesn’t need to look pretty – not least because it won’t last long!

- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 cup coconut oil melted
- Optional: nuts seeds, raisins, dates, almond flakes

Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork or potato masher.
- Add the cacao, agave and coconut oil and whisk until all are combined.
- Mix in any other ingredients you fancy - I tend to add just a few pumpkin seeds.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tin or tray (I find a loaf tin works well) and if you like, top with another ingredient.
- Place in the freezer to set for about 1 hour.
- Once set, cut or snap in to small pieces and store in the fridge.
