- 1/2 avocado
- 1 inch cucumber
- handful spinach leaves
- Small handful mint leaves
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 heaped tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed optional
- 1 tbsp maca powder
