Ingredients
- 2-3 handfuls of mixed berries
- 1 tsp manuka honey I don't find that this is necessary - its sweet enough
- 2-3 tbsp yoghurt I used goats but coconut would also work
- 1-2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Almond milk
- Protein powder
- Maca powder optional
- Flaxseed optional
