In my experience kids (and grown ups!) like meat and they love it when it comes ball or burger shaped!! So the more options you have to give them tasty, healthy versions of meatballs and burgers, the better! Turkey is a fantastic, lean alternative to beef and offers something a little different to chicken, which a lot of us might say we turn to all too often. Giving them an Asian slant means you can easily pair them up with some delicious steamed or stir fried veggies and rice, or perhaps some of my cauliflower fried rice.
