Ingredients

kale leaves
roughly chopped

tbsp
oil (e.g. rapeseed
sunflower, hemp)

Himalyan Pink Salt or fresh sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200oC.
Lay the kale onto a baking tray.
Drizzle the oil over the top and scrunch it into the leaves with your hands.
Sprinkle the salt over the top and bake in the oven for around 5-10 minutes, taking care not to let it burn.
