Well we might just eek out another few days of sunshine here in the UK and if you’re lucky enough to be somewhere hot and sunny then these are a perfect refreshing treat for little (and big) ones. You need to plan ahead of course but these are so simple to make and as you know, it’s the simple recipes I love the most!

Ingredients
- 4-5 cups of chopped fruit such as melon strawberries, pineapple, banana, mango, papaya
- 50 g dark chocolate at least 80% cocoa

Instructions
- Thread the chopped fruit on to some skewers, place them on a baking sheet or tray and place in the freezer for around 4 hours, until frozen.
- Melt the chocolate in a baine marie (a bowl placed over a pan of boiling water!).
- Remove the fruit kebabs from the freezer and drizzle the chocolate over the top.
- Eat straight away or return to the freezer to enjoy later.
