This is another great option to satisfy those little monkeys pestering me for chocolate cereal. Serve this dish with some yoghurt of your choice (e.g. goats, coconut) and it also makes a great dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut flakes
- 2 cups mixed almonds cashews, pecans, walnuts and pumpkin seeds (preferably activated - see below), roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 80-100 g coconut oil or melted butter
- 4 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup yoghurt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 120oC and line a baking tray
- Combine all ingredients
- Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden, turning halfway through
- Serve by spooning yoghurt into a bowl and top with granola
- NB. Nut activation removes poisons in the husk that can make them tough to digest. Simply soak overnight in a covered saucepan of water with a pinch of salt then dry in the oven for 12-24 hours at the lowest temperature possible.
