Another really easy banana muffin recipe. Slightly naughtier than my other one due to the addition of the honey and chocolate chips but these went down very well recently at a children’s birthday party (particularly with the big kids!!).

Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3 bananas mashed
- 5 tbsp butter 55g
- 2 tbsp grapessed oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175oC
- Mix together the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in separate bowls and then combine the 2 together, mixing in the chocolate chips at the end.
- Pour the mixture into cupcake cases and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
