oats
ground to a fine meal in a food processor

spelt flour
or another flour of your choice if you need gluten free

almonds

Cacao powder

xylitol
or you could substitute with Stevia or coconut sugar
1/2
tsp
baking powder
Pinch of salt

ml
coconut oil
melted

coconut butter
melted

flaked almonds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease or line a baking tray.
Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the melted coconut oil and butter and mix together.
Add the almonds, gently mix again.
Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten onto the prepared baking trays.
Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
