Ingredients
- 60 g oats ground to a fine meal in a food processor
- 180 g spelt flour or another flour of your choice if you need gluten free
- 50 g almonds
- 3 tbsp Cacao powder
- 75 g xylitol or you could substitute with Stevia or coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 25 ml coconut oil melted
- 75 g coconut butter melted
- 60 g flaked almonds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease or line a baking tray.
- Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the melted coconut oil and butter and mix together.
- Add the almonds, gently mix again.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten onto the prepared baking trays.
- Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
