These were a great little pudding for my son’s birthday party. I think my 1 yr old ate about 5!! As long as you plan to do them the day before and pop your bananas in the freezer they are really quick and easy to make. I found they kept for about a day in the fridge or you could always pop them back into the freezer for a daily treat for the little nippers.

Instructions
- Stick lolly sticks or anything you can find (a stiff straw also works well) into the bottom of the banana and pop it into the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight
- In a pan, melt the cacao butter over a low heat and poor in the rest of the ingredients (except the coconut and seeds) and keep stirring
- Take the bananas from the freezer and dip them into the chocolate (its easier if you title the pan)
- Decorate with your chosen topping - you have to be quick as the chocolate sets quickly - and set aside
