  1. Fry the chicken, pepper and onion in some oil until the chicken is almost cooked through.
  2. Add in the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes or so, maintaining lots of crunch.
  3. Finally add the aminos, honey and lime and stir through and then scatter the basil and walnuts on top.
  4. Serve and eat immediately!!
