Ingredients
2
chicken breasts
cubed
juice of 1 lemon
4
tbsp goat’s yoghurt
2
cloves
garlic
minced
pinch
smallof sea salt
1
tbsp coriander seeds
crushed
1 1/2
tsp
ground cumin
3/4
tsp
ground turmeric
1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a bowl combine the meat with the lemon juice and salt and stand for 10 mins
Separately combine the yoghurt with the rest of the ingredients
Add the chicken to the yoghurt mixture, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours
Grill, bake or fry as you wish!
